Originally from South Africa, I now reside in California, USA. With over 16 years customer facing experience in Customer Success, Global Key Account Management and Team Management, I've managed to build up a wealth of experience and knowledge.
My career and travels have taken me to 5 continents and 45 countries where I dealt with partners, customers and people from all walks of life.
My passion is building strong, trusting and long-lasting relationships, which are built on quality service and trust.
